Part four · the record
Errata: six answers Tomebuy gives twice
Every entry below is a case where two or more official pages give different answers to the same question. All of them were live when we read them on 21 and 22 October 2026. None of this is an accusation: it is what a young site looks like while its text catches up with itself.
Why print contradictions at all
Because the alternative is worse. A guide that silently picks one figure is presenting a coin-flip as a fact, and the reader who plans around it has no way to know. Printing both versions with their sources lets you check for yourself, and tells you how much slack to leave.

Where a contradiction has a safe side, we name it. Storage is the clearest case: plan around sixty days and the other two answers cannot hurt you.
Free storage period
- 60 days
Home page three-step promise; Tutorial step five; After-Sales Service page - 90 days
Storage policy page, with an email reminder at day 60 - 180 days
Help centre, Order Questions, with a reminder at day 150
Plan around 60 days. The storage page states that expired goods are destroyed without further notice, so the cost of being wrong is total.
Free inspection photos
- 3 to 5 per order
Home page and the Tutorial page - 5 to 7 per order
Shopping Agent Guide, a second official walkthrough
Treat three as the floor. Both pages were live on 22 October 2026 and the two walkthroughs are otherwise word-for-word identical, which suggests one was edited and the other was not.
The RMB 8 per-parcel charge
- Customs declaration cost
Service and Fees page - Packaging consumables fee
Help centre, how agent purchasing is priced - Packing fee, 8 yuan per parcel
Help centre, international transit pricing
The amount agrees everywhere, so budgeting is unaffected. Only the label moves.
Where the company is
- Hong Kong: WOCHEE Global Trading Co., Limited, company number 79081063, San Po Kong
Contact page and privacy agreement - Jiangxi, mainland China
Site settings behind the public pages - A map pin near Zhengzhou
Coordinates in the same settings, which do not match the Jiangxi address
This edition quotes the Hong Kong entity, because that is the one named in the legal text and the one the terms are governed by.
Which city the warehouse is in
- Xiamen
Help centre, international transit answer - No city at all
Every other page; the address is given only inside the member centre
We print no warehouse city. The Xiamen line sits in a passage whose wording matches boilerplate used by other services, and the site's own settings point elsewhere. Your warehouse address is the one shown in your account, and it is the only one that matters.
How many shipping routes there are
- Over 150 cheaper shipping routes
Home page, third step of the promise - A handful, with prices that look like demonstration values
The route data the site exposes publicly
Unresolvable from outside an account. We describe how freight is calculated and leave counting to the route list you see at submission.
How this list is checked
Each entry was read from the live site on the dates given, in English, as a signed-out visitor. Where a figure appears in the site's own data rather than on a page, we say so. If you find an entry that has been fixed, or a contradiction we have missed, write to [email protected] and it will be corrected in the next edition with the date of the change.
