Tomebuy Spreadsheet Unabridged: every shelf, every step, nothing trimmed

An independent reader's edition of the Tomebuy catalogue and the Tomebuy order route. Search the product listings below, then read the part of the route you are stuck on. Where the official pages contradict each other, this edition prints both answers and names the page.

Plain descriptions work better than maker names: fabric, cut, colour, use.

Use the Tomebuy catalogue, ordering guide and reference pages

Browse the catalogue for a listing, read the order route to prepare a purchase, and open the reference page for the question you need to settle. Product discovery happens here; payment, buying, QC and shipping happen in your Tomebuy account. The record section keeps conflicting policy statements visible so a summary is not mistaken for a confirmed rule on your order.

The order route in one picture

The guide follows Tomebuy’s nine purchase steps and adds account setup as stop zero. Before paying, confirm the listing’s exact option and domestic delivery charge. After warehouse arrival, compare the item with your order and resolve any QC question before submitting a parcel. Follow stop five when photos arrive, then move to freight only when the goods are ready.

Ten numbered stops from making an account to confirming receipt
Stops one to nine follow the order of the official Tutorial page; stop zero is ours.
  1. Find the item: link, keywords, photo or a hand-filled order
  2. Choose the options and submit the order
  3. Pay the seller, plus the hop to the warehouse
  4. Staff buy from the seller on your behalf
  5. Arrival check, photos, and storage
  6. Submit the parcel and pay freight
  7. Packing, weighing, and the price difference
  8. The international leg
  9. Confirm receipt, then after-sales
  10. Or take a different door: DIY orders and forwarding
A 30-second silent clip this site drew to show the three points of an order that most need care: the option menu and its note, the photos and storage clock at the warehouse, and the waybill. It is an illustration, made without Tomebuy's involvement and without footage from anyone's account; the remaining stops are on the guide page.

What you pay, in the order you pay it

Tomebuy promises a free agent service: no handling fee on top of the goods. That does not mean one payment. What the seller charges, carriage inside China included, is settled at checkout; freight and a parcel charge of about RMB 8 later, when the parcel is submitted and weighed. Import duty, if your country charges any, is separate again and falls on whoever receives the parcel.

Errata: the same question, two answers

Tomebuy is a young site, and parts of its policy text came from a template. Free storage is printed as 60 days on the home page, 90 days on the storage policy page, and 180 days in the help centre. The count of free inspection photos is 3 to 5 in one place and 5 to 7 in another. An edition that picked a winner would be guessing, so this one prints every version with the page it came from.

Three ways to use this edition today

You have not ordered before

Read the ten stops once, end to end, then come back to stop five. Nothing in the route is hard, but the vocabulary is unfamiliar, and almost every question a first-time buyer asks is really a question about the warehouse stage.

You are mid-order and something stalled

Go to the status words. The wording in your account tells you who is holding the order: you, the purchasing staff, the seller, or the warehouse. The A to Z indexes every term used on this site, including the ones Tomebuy spells inconsistently.

You are comparing services before you commit

Read what the inspection does and does not cover, then the storage clocks, then the returns window. Those three decide more of your experience than freight prices do.
